Cooking Workshops

Eat Healthy ~ Stay Active Junior Chef Cooking Workshop Program is a hands-on program model, community-based cooking, and nutrition education curriculum. The workshops’ focus is to give kids and families the joy of cooking, tips, and tools to eat a healthier diet, address malnutrition, and be physically active to promote good health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
We offer culinary workshops, mini-camps, and individual skill build sessions geared toward kids ages 5- 18.
